Dosage

EasyFishoil Multi, EasyFishoil, EasyFishoil Beta Glucan and EasyFishoil S:

Recommended daily dose for children aged 3-10 years: 1 soft chewable jelly per day, preferably before meals.
Recommended daily dose for children 11 years and older and adults: 2 soft chewable jellies per day, preferably before meals.

EasyFishoil Adult:

Recommended daily dose for children 11 years and older and adults: 1 soft chewable jelly per day, preferably before meals.
